Featuring Mimi Kravetz
Chief Impact & Growth Officer
Jewish Federations of North America

As the Chief Impact & Growth Officer at Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), Mimi Kravetz is responsible for advancing the impact of individual Federations, the Federation system, and the Jewish community it supports by leveraging data-driven insights and best practices. Since October 7th, her team has tracked and reported on the impact of Jewish Federations’ $859M+ Israel Emergency Campaign and conducted significant national and local polling that has illuminated shifts in American Jewish life, including attitudes toward Israel, security, antisemitism, and the surge in Jewish engagement. This research has been widely featured in both national secular and Jewish media and is being actively utilized by Jewish professionals, organizations, foundations, and lay leaders.

With 20 years of leadership experience in the Jewish nonprofit sector, Mimi has held key professional roles across top business and nonprofit brands including Hillel International, American Express, and Google. Before joining JFNA, Mimi was the Chief People Officer at the digital health startup Twin Health, where she established the HR foundation. Previously, she served as Hillel International’s inaugural Chief Talent Officer, developing a renowned talent system for 1,200 professionals across 550 campuses. Later, as Hillel’s Chief Experience Officer, she oversaw student engagement, marketing, international programs, and initiatives like Hillel@Home and Birthright Israel. Earlier in her career, Mimi was the Head of Employment Brand at Google, where she led strategies in hiring, training, and diversity, and served in a leadership role at Google.org, advising nonprofits.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Tufts University in International Relations and Jewish Studies. Mimi works remotely from Berkeley, CA.
