For 30 summers, Camp J has been providing families with an exciting, safe, and welcoming Jewish summer camp experience for campers of all backgrounds. Camp J is where fun meets friendship, creativity meets confidence, and Jewish joy comes alive — all summer long.

Week 1: June 8–12* (Drop-Off + Pick-Up Location: BattleBlast Laser Tag - 8125 W Sahara Ave)

💥🎨🧱 Battle, Build & Create – Start summer strong at Camp J with a week-long camp to battle, build & create. We partnered with our friends at BattleBlast Laser Tag and Bricks 4 Kidz to build a week-long program with endless laser tag, art, games & lots of LEGO fun! Get your game on & kick off the summer right!!

Week 2: June 15–19*

🧪 The Creativity Lab – Miss Caitlin from Sparks Art is joining us for a full week of themed art, design challenges & collaborative creativity. Time to get creative!
⚙️ Camp Invention – Once again, we are excited to have Camp Invention back - a nationally recognized STEM camp full of hands-on science, technology & invention. This year, we're excited to welcome Miss Liz as our Camp Invention facilitator!

Week 3: June 22–26

🚲 Bike Camp (Petite Pedals) – Miss Liz is back again for an amazing week of bike camp! Learn bike safety, build confidence & practice riding skills. Experienced riders will be going off-site on a group ride led by Mr. Joseph, Mr. Jacob + they will be accompanied by our security guard.
🤸 GymDazzle – Tumbling + Rhinestones = SO MUCH FUN! Miss Kimmi & Mr. Lucas will lead this week of balance, coordination & gymnastics-inspired movement that will also include lots of time to bedazzle & rhinestone! 

Week 4: June 29 – July 3*

🚌 Camp J On the Go – A four-day field trip camp visiting exciting locations every day. Past field trips include: Cowabunga Bay, Uptown Jungle, Adventuredome & Crystal Palace.

Week 5: July 6–10

👩‍🍳 Cooking Camp – Miss Debbie is back to teach our campers their way around the kitchen. Learn kitchen safety, cooking basics & btaste all of your delicious recipes - this is one of our favorite weeks of camp!
🧠💪 Smart Moves: Brains & Brawn – Our friends at Junior Achievement will be on-hand for the BRAINS portion of the camp: teaching financial literacy + real-life planning for the future. The other half of the morning, Mr. Aaron will lead the BRAWN portion: all the sports skills & drills to keep your kids moving! 

Week 6: July 13–17

🎨 Color Wars – Who will be crowned the Color Wars champs for 2026?? Camp J’s most iconic week filled with team spirit, songs, games & RUACH galore. 🏆 Mr. Aaron serves as our official Color Wars Commissioner putting together a whole week full of cheers, challenges + so much more. Four teams compete. One Ruach Stick is at stake. Are you ready?!

Week 7: July 20–24*

🧭 Camp J Explorers – A classic Camp J week with art, sports, games, playground time & nonstop fun. Specifically designed for K-2nd grade - although all grades are welcome to attend. Runs in parallel to the Camp J Overnight.

Week 7: July 20–26 in Alamo, NV

🌙 Camp J Overnight

A first overnight camp experience — close to home, full of magic

Camp J Overnight is back and better than ever — and we’re heading to an exciting new location this summer! 🌲✨ Our overnight camp will take place at Frias Frontier Camp, located in Alamo, Nevada, about 90 minutes from Las Vegas. This new site offers beautiful outdoor space, upgraded accommodations (AC in ALL cabins!), and the perfect setting for an unforgettable overnight camp experience.

This high-energy week is packed with classic overnight camp fun, including:

🏹 Archery
🏐 Kickball & group games
💦 Expanded water play on-site
🏟️ GAGA (of course!)
🎨 Creative activities & camp traditions

Campers will stay in comfortable, well-maintained cabins and be supported by our warm, friendly, and experienced Camp J counselors, who help make every camper feel safe, included, and at home.

🌟 Perfect for first-time overnight campers
Camp J Overnight is an amazing opportunity for kids to experience what overnight camp is all about — while still staying close to home. Campers build independence, confidence, and lifelong friendships in a nurturing, Jewish environment.

🕯️ A Meaningful Shabbat Experience
We’ll celebrate a full, joyful Shabbat together as a camp community, complete with song, spirit, reflection, and togetherness under the stars ✨

Between the activities, the ruach (energy!), the friendships, and the magic of Shabbat, this week truly captures everything we love about Camp J — just with sleeping bags and s’mores added in 💙

Week 8: July 27–31

🧪 Slime & Shine – Get ready for this one-week camp that's half slime camp half dance camp. You'll have fun creating a bunch of different kinds of slime with Mr. Lucas + when we need to move around, you'll learn all different kinds of line dances, taught by our very own Miss Kimmi. 
🧱 LEGO Camp – One of our favorite weeks of camp: Bricks 4 Kidz returns to teach campers all about building, designing & engineering. Plus all of the perler bead activities you could possibly imagine!

Week 9: August 3–7

🎮 Game On & GAGA Strong! – The last week of camp is sure to end on a high note with Mr. Aaron and Mr. Joseph leading classic camp games like four corners, Jeopardy and kickball while also teaching the art of GAGA ball. This should be a great week of fun & friendly competition.
👗 Camp J Style Lab – We're excited to bring you a new specialty focused on fashion, beauty, self-expression, creativity & confidence. Miss Rebecca will be leading a 3-day fashion design workshop for campers to learn sewing, color theory, fabrics + so much more. Then the other two days we will be briging in hair, makeup & skin experts to teach kid-friendly, positive beauty lessons to the campers. This was the most requested specialist to bring in + we can't wait to bring the STYLE to Camp J!

Week 1 (June 8–12)

🏀 Sports Camp – Mr. Aaron leads a one-week sports camp on the eastside with basketball, dodgeball, kickball, team games & friendly competition. Perfect for high-energy campers!
🎨 The Creativity Lab – Miss Caitlin from Sparks Art is joining us for a full week of themed art, design challenges & collaborative creativity. Time to get creative!

Week 3 (June 22–26)

💃 Dance Camp – Get ready for a whole week of choreography, dance games & movement fun with Mr. Ryan!
🧱 LEGO Camp – Bricks 4 Kidz will be on-site to teach campers all about building, designing & engineering. Plus all of the perler bead activities you could possibly imagine!

💰 Scholarships, Discounts & Payment Plans

🎓 To receive either a scholarship or a payment plan you must:

• Join the JCC - please contact Danica or Neil for JCC Member discounts (Family membership is $150 annually)

• Completely fill out the scholarship application at www.jewishnevada.org/campjscholarships

• Send Danica a copy of your 2025 tax filings

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DUE: April 10, 2026

• Late applications reviewed on an as-needed basis

• All payment plans must be paid in full by December 31, 2026

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• February – April 2026: 100% refund (minus credit card processing fees)

• May 2026: 50% refund (minus credit card processing fees)

• June – August 2026: Once camp has begun, no refunds will be issued. Camp J reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review exceptional circumstances and determine whether a partial or full refund may be granted.

• PRO-RATED: Registration is charged on a weekly basis and is not prorated for missed days, partial attendance, or opted-out activities (including field trips), for any reason. Camp J reserves the right to consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
